Customers may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by contacting us as early as possible.
Cancellations made before the technician is dispatched generally do not incur any cancellation fee.
If the technician has already been dispatched or has arrived at the service location, a call-out or inspection fee may apply where permitted by law.
Repeated missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in future booking restrictions.
An inspection or diagnostic fee may apply for certain service visits.
This fee covers the technician’s time, travel, and fault diagnosis and is generally non-refundable once the inspection has been completed, regardless of whether the customer proceeds with the repair.
If a repair is approved, the inspection fee may be adjusted or included in the final invoice where applicable.
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
A payment was made in error or duplicated.
We are unable to provide the agreed service after payment has been received.
A refund is required under applicable law.
Other circumstances approved by EasyFix Technical Services LLC.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
The following are generally not refundable:
Completed repair services.
Diagnostic or inspection services already performed.
Labour charges for completed work.
Special-order or non-returnable replacement parts.
Services cancelled after completion.
Replacement parts supplied during repairs may be covered by a separate warranty, where applicable.
If a replacement part is found to be defective within the applicable warranty period, we will inspect the issue and, where appropriate, repair or replace the covered part in accordance with the warranty terms.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, power fluctuations, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or customer negligence are not covered.
Where a repair warranty is provided, it applies only to:
The specific repair completed by our technicians.
The replacement parts supplied by EasyFix Technical Services LLC.
The warranty does not cover unrelated appliance faults or new issues that develop after the repair.
If a refund is approved, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Most approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, although actual timing may vary.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate appliance and contact information.
Ensuring safe access to the appliance.
Reviewing repair estimates before approving work.
Inspecting completed work before the technician leaves, where reasonably possible.
